There is a wonderful intersection between sales, marketing and leadership... it's a place where brand meets culture and where the magic begins - this is where Robin plays.
For many years Robin believed that sales wasn't a dirty word and that marketing shouldn't be un-needingly complex using lots of jargon which only serves to confuse people. So to put it simply; marketing creates leads and sales closes them whilst leadership creates the right environment for brand and culture to align.
The power of an idea can change anything from the most simplistic process to a generation. I now call Adelaide home and along with some other crazy volunteers work tirelessly on TEDxAdelaide.
Robin has worn many hats, suits, ‘smart-casual’ (whatever that is!) and jeans in his career from working in IT, dot.com, telco and banking, the one common thing is the customer is central to everything.
